G.D. Female patient living in Nigeria coming with multi-abcess on 32-33-34.
Strategy followed:
Remove 32, 33, 34.
Deep cleaning from abcess on 32, 33, 34.
Implants ITI -Straumann, swiss made, on 32, 33, 34, 36 and 37.
Concentrated Growth Factors new concept as a technique for bone graft, the L-PRF.
What does L-PRF stand for? It is an Acronym for Leukocytic-Platelet Rich Fibrin.
4 months later: Implant heads.
abutments on gipse model: solid abutments on 32 and 33, SynOcta abutments on 34, 36 and 37.
structure bridge on abutments.

French patient came because of serious perio problem on 41-42 [mobility+++] and she wished for implant surgery and immediate loading with temporary 4 elements acrylic bridge. Case implemented in one hour of time.
Extractions 42-41-31-32
Implants Straumann 3.3 NN 12mm on 42 and 32.
Immediate implantation and loading.
Pictures, before, during surgery and after.
End of first step, waiting for osseoitnegration, 6 weeks later.
