The Case - August 16, 2007:
It is a case at its begining. It is a female patient 42 y.o - She lost her previous bridge on 21-22-25.
Strategy:
Implants Straumann with bone regeneration were implemented on the surgery step. Final prosthesis will take place after three months. A partial acrylic was done to cover the implants.

Maxillase 3000®: pills - 3p/day - 4 days
Corsodyl®: Mouthwash 3 times/daily after 24 hours of surgery [10 days]
Gengigel® [10 days] on implant places.

2nd step: Prosthetic: Bridge four crowns 21 to 25:

Dental Implants - New cases

Patient Female aged 51 y.o. already implanted on lower maxillary 34-37, 44-46 and 43-33 without 42.
Treatment plan:
To do multiple extractions, immediate implantation and immediate loading on upper full mouth rehabilitation.
To put implants on 47 after extraction and on 42.
This case was implemented at the hospital of St Louis in Jounieh Lebanon on the 10 September 2008 and under general anesthesia.

I- Multiple extractions of 11-12, 21-22-24-25-26, 47 [17 and 27 still remained on the upper maxillary.
II- Implants Straumann – ITI [SP] on:
11-12-13-14 [MDI mini], 15 and 16
21, 22, 24, 25 and 26
42 and 47
III- Cover screws and 1 abutment on 25 [7mm high].
IV- Bone grafts:
Autogenous bone and Bio Oss was used with the PRF technique on many sites. “Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) belongs to a new generation of platelet concentrates, with simplified processing and without biochemical blood handling. 1- Full mouth temporary acrylic bridge from 17 to 27 with support on remained teeth 17 and 27, MDI mini-implant on 15 and abutment on 25.
2- Temporary acrylic bridge 33-43.
VII- Sutures.

1-Medicamentation for hospital:
-Augmentin: 1.2: by I.V direct x3/24 hours
-Profenid: 100: Ampoule by I.V x3/24 hours [ Soludecadron was used the first day]
-Zantac: Ampoule I.V direct x3/24 hours
-Perfalgan: 1gr.: by I.V direct – every 6 hours.
2-Medicamentation per os: Augmentin 625 mg : 3cp/j 5 jours
Maxillase 3000 : 3cp/jour – 6 jours
Algophene: 1cp/ en cas de douleurs 4/j maxi
Chlorexidine : solution b de b 4/j > 24 heurs pour 14 jours.
